A TRACE OF THE STORM
Following Typhoon Conson in September 2021, this piece of driftwood was found along the coast of Dien Ngoc Beach, Quang Nam.
Conson Typhoon No. 5 of 2021: developed offshore from Central Vietnam and brought another period of heavy rainfall to the region.
Its circulation contributed to prolonged rain across parts of Central Vietnam, increasing the risk of flooding, inundation and landslides.
Once again, the coastline carried the traces left behind by another season of turbulent weather.
