We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or natural variations in the wood’s grain, tone, or finish.
However, if your item is damaged or cracked during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing clear photos or videos of the damaged part.
We will either replace it with a new piece or repair it at no additional cost, depending on the situation.
