Where art meets environmental renewal.
Through reclaimed timber and driftwood, Làng Củi Lũ presents artworks that echo themes of renewal and environmental care. In “Phục Xanh,” Mr Lê Ngọc Thuận’s sculptures offered a quiet reflection on nature’s resilience, showing how discarded materials can be transformed into meaningful forms of restoration.
Mr Lê Ngọc Thuận, founder of Làng Củi Lũ, participated in the “Phục Xanh” exhibition, held from 2–10 November 2024 at the Centre for Cultural Exchange in the Old Quarter, 46 Hàng Bài, Hà Nội.
The exhibition was organised as part of the Davines Art Series by Davines Vietnam together with Tạp chí Đẹp and Arena Multimedia, and curated by artist Lê Thiết Cương.
At the event, Làng Củi Lũ’s driftwood and reclaimed wood-carving sculptures were featured among artworks across painting, sculpture, photography, installation and reportage video. Through these pieces, the theme of environmental restoration and living green was articulated via material, form and context.
Mr Thuận’s participation underscores the brand’s engagement not only in craft and design, but also in conversations around sustainable practice and cultural-environmental discourse.
